THE SUPREME COURT ANNOUNCED THEIR DECISION IN JANUS THIS MORNING, JUNE 27, 2018, RULING AGAINST PUBLIC SECTOR UNIONS.

We're sticking with our Union! No Supreme Court decision will undermine or break our unions!

THE SUPREME COURT ANNOUNCED THEIR DECISION IN JANUS THIS MORNING, JUNE 27, 2018, RULING AGAINST PUBLIC SECTOR UNIONS.

We're sticking with our Union! No Supreme Court decision will undermine or break our unions!

The Supreme Court just carried out a devastating attack on the rights of unions & workers. They have announced their ruling in the 'Janus v AFSCME Council 31' case, and as expected they have ruled against unions.

We will not sit silently while they attack our rights. Join Minnesota Workers United at the memorial plaque for the 1934 Teamsters strike at 701 N 3rd Street in Minneapolis to speak out. As they try to force workers back to a past where unions are basically criminalized, we will build on our past of militant class struggle in the spirit of the Teamsters strike in 1934.
