Join the Stop Line 3 National Day of Action
December 14th marks the one-year anniversary of the first large-scale arrest during nonviolent direct action against the Line 3 Pipeline. To recognize the event, MN350, Rainforest Action Network, Honor the Earth and others are holding a national Stop Line 3 Day of Action.
We support Stop Line 3 for many reasons:
The damage being done to the Earth will irreparably hurt our lives and lives for generations to come
The Water Protectors and Grandmothers who lead this effort are Indigenous women
So join Women’s March MN and take action!
Rally in St Paul: Join us on December 14 at the Army Corps of Engineers in St. Paul (180 5th ST. E, #700) from 5:00-6:30 pm and demand that the Corps of Engineers complete a full environmental impact statement.
Call the Whitehouse: If you cannot attend, please FLOOD the presidential comment line. CALL and tell your friends! Leave a specific message to demand President Biden revoke the Line 3 permits and provide an environmental impact review. If we overwhelm the system, we can ensure that the White House takes notice. Call (202) 456-1111 or TTY/TTD: (202) 456-6213. You can also send an email.
Rally on Mondays: Every Monday, Women Against Military Madness, Climate Justice Committee and Veterans for Peace Chapter 27 meet in front of the Governor’s Residence for the Pipeline Blues Vigil. They march and sing. The times change as the sunset time changes but they currently meet at 3:30 pm.
