Freedom to Drive

Join Women’s March MN and the Freedom to Drive MN Coalition at the Minnesota State Capitol on Friday, April 5. The MN House of Representatives will have a floor vote on HF1500, a bill that returns the privilege of a driver’s license to all eligible Minnesotans regardless of immigration status. To show support of HF1500 join the coalition as it gathers on the capitol steps at 11:00 am for interfaith prayers.

Then we move to the second floor to be present as the House convenes at noon. Starting at 1:30 there will be speakers and performers in the rotunda. A time has not been set for the floor vote, but coalition members will occupy the capitol until they vote.
