The confirmation hearing for Judge Brett Kavanaugh is one of the defining moments of our lifetime. We’re on the front lines of the fight to keep Brett Kavanaugh off the Supreme Court because we know that if confirmed, he will not just send a message that sexual violence is rewarded with power; he will also roll back rights that women have worked for a generation to secure.
Too many of us have stories like Dr. Christine Blasey Ford’s. Too many of us have never felt safe enough to share them. Dr. Blasey Ford has shown incredible courage coming forward about Brett Kavanaugh’s attempt to rape her 36 years ago. She has given us the courage to share our own stories. And now there are even more:Deborah Ramirez and Julie Swetnick have bravely stepped forward with horrifying stories of their own about nominee Kavanaugh.
Dr. Blasey Ford is scheduled to testify before the Senate Judiciary Committee about her attempted rape on Thursday. That same day - tomorrow - Thursday, September 27, survivors will gather at their Senators’ offices across the country and share their own testimonies of assault.

We are stepping up to share our stories and demand our elected officials do everything they can to stop this nomination process. We expect our Senators to protect our rights and reject Judge Kavanaugh’s nomination. They need to know we are paying close attention and will remember their votes when we cast ours in November.
We expect Senator Amy Klobuchar and Senator Tina Smith to vote against Brett Kavanaugh's appointment to the Supreme Court. Join us on Thursday as we show our solidarity for Dr. Christine Blasey Ford, all survivors and make our expectation known. Wear black and write "I BELIEVE" on your hands in marker. We will remember Senator Klobuchar and Senator Smith's votes come November when we cast ours.
