P.U.C. Approves Line 3. What's Next?

Last week, the Public Utilities Commission (PUC) approved Line 3, but there is still a long way to go before Enbridge can start construction on the tar sands oil pipeline. In his response regarding the approval Governor Mark Dayton said "Many people hold passionate views on this project. I urge everyone to express themselves peacefully. The PUC’s decision is not the final approval of this pipeline.”
